  The Enigma jacket is made in Italy completely from mesh materials and is equipped with internal protections with the new SAS TEC/KOROYD hybrid technology.

  With the new Sas Tec/Koroyd series of protectors, UFO Plast combines the positive characteristics of SAS-TEC and Koroyd Cores technology to generate something completely innovative: a lightweight, breathable protection with the highest impact energy damping capacity.

  SAS-TEC - Safety made of foam

  Unlike conventional PU foam, SAS-TEC's polyurethane viscoelastic foam is partly made of renewable materials. Its special features include spontaneous response, maximum comfort and unique damping performance, with excellent near-linear energy absorption. The special microstructure of SAS-TEC foam is responsible for adaptive impact energy damping behavior: the higher the impact speed, the greater the foam's resistance. All these features provide the best possible protection for the body.

  Koroyd Cores - Performance and breathability

  The combination of the precise extrusion process and Koroyd's unique thermal welding creates an extremely high and consistent performance structure with superior impact energy absorption and breathability. On high speed impacts the cores crush in a fully controlled manner, decelerating impact energy and significantly reducing final trauma levels. Koroyd's fully open cellular construction channels ensure airflow and breathability without limitation.
