  GEDORE red Adapter and Extension Set, 2-piece

  Two socket adapters, 6 functions! The handy 6in2 ratchet adapters from GEDORE red are precision-made from high-quality steel.

  The square drives are designed to be simply pushed through from one end to the other, giving the following combinations:
  
  3/8-inch ratchet - 1/4-inch socket
  1/4-inch ratchet - 3/8-inch socket
  
  1/2-inch ratchet - 3/8-inch socket
  3/8-inch ratchet - 1/2-inch socket
  
  and by joining the two adapters together:
  
  1/2-inch ratchet - 1/4-inch socket
  1/4-inch ratchet - 1/2-inch socket
  
  The large adapter extends the reach by 65 mm, and the shorter adapter by 50 mm. The square drives are fixed in the desired position by a ball lock mechanism.

  Please note that socket adapters should not be used on torque wrenches if avoidable, as they slightly falsify the torque (some torque is lost), especially when two adapters connected together are used.
