    The lubrication of the drive chain is only conditionally one of the favorite activities of motorcyclists who own a vehicle with this drive. Here it is with the chain lubricator Nemo 2 from Cobrra no matter at all, because with it the chain is almost automatically oiled and maintained. The system is suitable for all types of chains.

    The system works on the compression principle. By manually generated pressure in the dispenser, oil is pressed through the supply hose to the pipette. From there, it drips onto the chain and is evenly distributed during travel.

    The Nemo 2 is usually attached to the handlebars and remains permanently on the vehicle. Turn the wheel on the dispenser 90° in the direction of the arrow and in about 3 minutes the chain is lubricated for up to 350 km.

    Assembly and operating instructions

    Mounting
    • Find the right position for the oil reservoir on the handlebar or elsewhere on the motorcycle. If necessary, use the optional aluminum holder Ø 22 mm from COBRRA.
    • Make sure that the oil reservoir is mounted with enough free space for full movement of the handlebar in both directions. If necessary, adjust the position by moving it forward or backward. Tighten the bolt to the prescribed torque.
    • Correct position: the oil reservoir is in one plane.
    • Wrong position: the oil reservoir is not in one plane.
    • Clean the tuning fork from dirt and grease.
    • Pull the supplied oil supply hose through the baffle and secure it with a small strapping band as shown in the figure.
    • The oil supply hose and baffle can be installed on either the right or left side of the tuning fork, depending on which side the chain and sprocket are on your motorcycle. Tighten the bolt to the prescribed torque.
    • Fasten the baffle with the supplied double-sided adhesive tape. Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape and stick it in the correct position on the lower wall of the tuning fork. The adhesive of the double-sided tape requires 8 hours for complete curing. Use enclosed strapping tape for very strong attachment.
    • Make sure that the distance between the oil hose supply line and the chain / sprocket is 1 mm.
    • Remove the protective foil from 2 silver fastening clips and glue the clips to the underside of the cleaned tuning fork. Use the clips to fasten the oil supply hose and secure it with the straps.
    • Route the hose from the tuning fork to the handlebar. Carefully check that the hose does not prevent the handlebar from moving and is not kinked or swollen. It is better to leave the hose a little longer than too short. In line with this, prepare the hose to the correct length and secure it with the straps provided.
    • Press the hose firmly into the red connector at the bottom of the oil reservoir.
    • Turn the oil reservoir all the way down (clockwise). This step is for filling the container for the first time.
    Filling the container
    • Unscrew the cap.
    • Fill the tank with 80W90 oil or other suitable oil.
    • Fill the reservoir with oil and at the same time turn the reservoir to the left (counterclockwise). Note - the oil level must always be above the openings in the lower part of the tank during filling.
    • The tank reaches the maximum capacity when it can no longer be turned (counterclockwise). Fill up to the "O" rubber ring.
    • Filled correctly.
    • Hold the container with the left hand (do not turn the container) and tighten the container cap with the right hand.
    • Finished.
    Handling while driving
    • The oil supply hose must be filled before the first filling. (only the new system after installation) For this first filling of the hose, turn the container 2x90°, i.e. 2 x quarter turn (clockwise).
    • Chain lubrication - lubrication intervals depend on various factors, including speed and weather conditions, and can vary from 150 km to 350 km for one 90° turn. (The fuel tank interval is an easy tool to remember). It is recommended that the tank be rotated o 90° after riding in the rain to ensure that the chain is adequately lubricated.
    • At each 90° rotation of the tank, the oil is supplied to the chain for 3 minutes, with most of the oil being supplied in the first 30 seconds.
    • To stop the lubrication process (e.g. in case of an unexpected stop in the first 3 minutes of lubrication), turn the container 90° to the left (counterclockwise). To stop lubrication, simply turn the container 90° to the right (clockwise) and stop the lubrication cycle.
    Other information
    • Level indicator.
    • Keep the seal and the surrounding area clean and lubricated. (the small channel must be continuous).
    • Pull out the hose - press the red ring and pull out the hose to the outside.
    • Do not open the container unnecessarily often. At each opening, fill with oil to full capacity, fig. 11 - fig. 16. In case of incorrect filling, proceed according to fig. 10 - fig. 16 of the instruction manual.
    • Observe the protective and safety conditions and rules! The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use, assembly and non-observance of the instructions!
    Important instructions
    • Before the first use, clean the chain from old lubricant residues.
    • If the container is opened, it must also be filled again fully in order to completely build up the necessary overpressure again.
