  Made entirely of Tutu cowhide, Laguna Seca 5 suit is the icon of sporty road riding. The breathable lining with inserts in 3D Bubble fabric and the localized perforation in the most strategic areas of the suit ensure maximum ventilation and thermal comfort, making Laguna Seca 5 ideal even for the hottest climates.

  The highest levels of protection come from direct experience on the track, due to the certified composite protectors on shoulders, elbows and knees, soft Pro-Shape 2.0 protectors on the hips and removable sliders on the elbows (RSS). The replaceable aluminum plates on shoulders and elbows are designed to ensure greater resistance to abrasion at the joints, also encouraging sliding and reducing the risk of dangerous twisting in the event of a fall.

  Ergonomics and mobility reach levels never achieved before – the Tri-Axial stretch system on the back, combined with S1 stretch fabric inserts and Microelastic 2.0 leather stretch inserts, allows you to move comfortably in all directions when riding. Comfort is also optimized by the system of fastening at the waist between jacket and pants.

  Tutu leather

  Is a cowhide leather developed and engineered to ensure high performance levels in terms of abrasion, tear, cut, and traction resistance. Selected premium quality raw materials guarantee extreme comfort, while ensuring the best performance even when exposed to extreme conditions thanks to its water- and oil-repellent properties.

  Triaxial

  Is a Dainese patented technology, the evolution of the bi-axial concept. This special construction creates a continuous elasticated channel that can stretch in three directions, offering unprecedented mobility, exceptional comfort and agility as it follows the rider’s movements in every direction. Additional stitching has been removed to decrease the risk of abrasion, and to significantly improve safety.

  Micro-Elastic

  This Dainese patented technology has raised safety and comfort to new levels: it consists of one large panel in leather with elasticated bellows stretching perpendicularly in two directions, width and length, offering the wearer greater freedom of movement in the kidney area (when hunched over the fuel tank) as well as in the chest area and arms.

  Innovative lining in bacteriostatic polyester yarn developed through nanotechnology research. Treating the nano-particles with silver ions ensures greater efficacy in terms of antibacterial and anti-odor properties, durability and wash resistance, as the silver particles are incorporated in the fiber itself and not merely applied to the outside, as in the case of conventional bacteriostatic yarns.

  3D Bubble

  Designed and tested to meet the needs of racers like Valentino Rossi, this special three-dimensional fabric enables an air chamber to be created between the inside and the outside of the garment; this chamber forms an insulating liner that maintains an ideal microclimate during both summer and winter.

  Pro-Shape 2.0

  Is the protector inspired by auxetics, forms found in nature with the quality of expanding in any direction when pulled or put under pressure. Made of carbon elastomer material, it can absorb 83% of impact force without any of it being transmitted to the body. Open across 55% of its surface, it allows for a continuous flow of air, for optimal perspiration management.
