  With the X-803 RS Ultra Carbon, X-lite brings MotoGP technology to the road and at the same time shows what is possible in high-end racing helmets. The exclusive Racetrack Setup (RS) includes, among other things, a dark green mirrored visor and the Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler (RAS). In addition, each X-803 features the Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS) for increased safety by quickly removing the cheek pads in the event of a crash.

  Another innovative feature is the Liner Positioning Control system (LPC). With the help of an easy-to-use adjustment strap, the liner and thus the helmet position of the X-803 RS can be individually adjusted in height to the head shape of the wearer.

  The X-803's interior, made of the Carbon Fitting Racing Experience high-tech carbon fiber material, is responsible for the best riding comfort and a pleasantly fresh feeling in the helmet at all times.

  It not only offers the best values in terms of breathability, but is also antistatic and (even without further treatment) bacteriostatic. Like every Race Replica helmet from X-lite, the X-803 has been optimized for best safety, maximum racing functionality and minimum weight.

  The double D-lock easy and precise adjustment of the chin strap and it stays reliably in place.

  Pinlock® Fog-resistant inner visor

  Thanks to the patented adjusting system, the stretch of the Pinlock® inner visor can be adjusted, acting from the exterior of the visor, without the necessity of removing. The Full Silicone Border (FSB), adopted under license from Pinlock®, allows first of all for an increase in the size of the air chamber located between the helmet exterior and interior, thus further reducing the risk of fogging; secondly, it reduces the risk of scratches to the visor.

  LPC - Liner Positioning Control

  This system, patent pending, allows for the regulating of the position of the liner. This permits the positioning of the same-sized helmet to be adjusted for different heads, consequently adapting to various requirements and head shapes.

  N.E.R.S. - Nolan Emergency Release System

  This patent-pending system allows emergency personnel to remove the cheek pads from the helmet while it is still being worn by the motorcyclist by simply pulling the red tabs on the front of the cheek pads.

  Single-piece cheek pads

  The internal padding in expanded foam for the cheek pads has been designed in order to provide superior even pressure and consistent performance over time compared to traditional padding. It can also be removed from its fabric coverings in order to make washing of the latter easier.

  Racing Air Flow (RAF) ventilation system

  The result of experience and testing in the wind tunnel and on track, it is made up of:

  • Indirect entry upper air intakes
  • A direct entry front air intake
  • A high flow rate chin guard intake with defogging function
  • A front protection with integrated aerodynamic vent
  • Side air extractors
  • A rear extractor, integrated in an aerodynamic spoiler with adjustable profile (ASD – Adjustable Stability Device)

  Breath deflector

  Clearly inspired by rain masks used in racing, it is an efficient accessory as it limits fogging.
